DELIVERY INFORMATION

All deposits are non refundable - any additional payments made after this but before the dress is collected will be refunded at managements discretion or a credit note will be given.

We can not accept returns on Prom Dresses that were ordered custom made, all other dresses will be accepted back on an exchange only basis if returned in an unworn condition.

All our sale stock is available for immediate dispatch by 24 hour courier from our Birmingham stock room

Many of our designers can have dresses to u within 48 hours however some of the ranges do have up to a 12 week delivery.

We will always give you an up to date lead time when you are trying dresses on so its best to shop for your prom dress at least 3 months before your prom - we stock prom dresses all year round and its never too early to start shopping!
